Sound issues.

It looks like I will not be able to use one of the sound composers work. This is the composer who said they couldn't commit to composing any new tracks for the film, rather I could use the tracks he has already created. The problem however is that he hasn't signed any documentation that states that I could use his tracks in the film. This means, unless something changes in the next few weeks, I cannot use his music at all in the sound mix for the film.
